HAVING A BIRTHDAY? Celebrate your dancer at Miss Shelly’s School of Dance with an adorable and stress free birthday party. Choose from one of the exciting themes and let us do the decorating and entertainment. A memory to last forever. Birthday party information attached.
WINTER PROGRAM INFORMATION – Winter programs and parties will be held during your dancer’s class. Programs will take place the LAST 30 minutes of your dancers class. Please be on time and don’t forget the camera 🙂 a class reminder email will be sent before the program.
TREAT MOM sign up papers will be hanging outside the studio rooms starting Nov. 11th. Thank you for helping make the programs and parties EXTRA SWEET!
WINTER PROGRAMS
- Studio I : Monday December 2nd – Saturday December 7th
- Studio II : Monday December 9th – Saturday December 14th
- Studio III : Monday December 16th – Thursday December 19th
Dad & Daughter Holiday Dance will be held Sunday Dec. 8th with two party option times at 1:00 or 4:00. Registration forms will be available in the lobby and emailed November 8th.
Christmas Break – Monday December 23rd – Tuesday Jan 7th

COSTUMES: We will be measuring, paying for and ordering Recital costumes Wednesday January 8th – Tuesday January 14th. If you are going to be out of town please email Miss Raegan and leave your dancer’s costume size. Costumes must be paid in full before your dancer’s costume will be ordered.
TUITION PAYMENT: We are excited about our online enrollment and easy tuition pay option!!!! You can set up your account for monthly recurring billing with your credit card…just login to your account and this will be one of your choices for making payment. Please note that the recurring billing only applies to tuition and does not apply to other fees (costume fee, recital fee)…you will need to login to initiate payment. Tuition can also be paid by cash or check at the studio. Please make checks payable to Miss Shelly’s and make sure you add your dancer’s name and drop in the tuition box.
Statements will be emailed around the 18th of each month. At the end of the month if tuition is not paid, a $20 late charge will be added to the account. EPIC students need to send us an email with the dancer’s name & EPIC ID number.

Miss Raegan will be checking email daily. Please check our website, Facebook & Instagram for up to date information.
Need to ADD/DROP or CHANGE a class! No problem – please send Miss Raegan an email. It is important to remember To withdraw from a class, written notice must be given. You will need to email the dance studio on or before the 20th of the previous month or you will continue to be responsible for tuition payment for the next month. A student not showing up for classes or not paying the registration fee does not constitute a withdrawal. Example: if you want to withdraw from a class and send us a written notice on October 28th, you will still be responsible for November tuition for that class – the email must be received by the 20th.
